After watching this please tell me if you think I am overreacting or if you feel that I have every right to feel the way I do. I totally feel disrespected…

BTW, this all happened within the matter of 1 week!

Just a rant about how one of my suppliers for my haircare business keeps telling me at the last minute that they are out of stock well after I order. I wish to Elohim that I could find another supplier with prices as good as there’s and with the amount of things they actually offer as a supplier. MAN!!!!

Do you know the women from the boards took my video and posted it on the forum adding more fuel to the fire?! They said I was unprofessional for posting the video. Maybe I was, idk, but I never posted that video for them. It was a personal vblog just to relieve some of the stress I was under. Maybe I should not have taken any of it personal. Maybe I should’ve just made my vblog on Viddler and posted it here instead. With that said I feel like a lot of this has caused me to lose business, but not to fret. This will pass and I believe my business will recover from this.

The only thing I can do is continue to make good products. Promote them as much as I can and provide excellent customer service to my customers. I will also learn to handle my stress a lot better, by only venting offline where it can’t be seen nor heard by the online community since I know now how much people are watching me. I can honestly say that this has been a learning experience.

Things I intend on improving business wise:

My hair creme: I will make sure that everything is emulsified properly before adding the preservative to prevent any oil separation

New labels: Right now the labels aren’t water proof so I intend on replacing them with waterproof ones by next month.

Organization: I am usual organized, but I can honestly say that I need to improve on this business wise by making sure I have everything in stock needed

Credit Card Processor: Currently the processor I am with actually holds a large amount of each sale I make for 3 months at a time. They are now holding over $500 of my earnings. I can’t improve my business with large holds like that. With that said I am currently in the process of changing my processor to one that doesn’t do this.

Well that’s it. Even though my business has been hurt by this it can and will recover from it. I have a few things up my sleeve to get my name out there with positivity attached to it, including offering free samples to popular natural haircare sites and channels on Youtube. I also plan on holding a few natural haircare conferences this summer to get my line out locally.

Ambrosia Hair – This is the main reason why I haven’t been writing. This is the official month of the launch of Ambrosia Hair Beauty Products! After so much hard work I am finally able to make my dream a reality. The only thing that’s holding me back is my bank. They are taking forever to send me my business card so I can order my remaining supplies.From what I was told, the banker didn’t complete everything when I opened the account last month so when I went in to ask about it they had to reorder my card. They put a rush on it so FedEx is going to deliver it to the bank and I will have to pick it up from there…SMH. I already have the bottles and jars and labels for the products. All I need is the supplies needed to create my products and I’m good to go. If my card isn’t there by Monday someone is defiantly getting told off.

My Love Life – I adore this man so much that is now in my life:

Micah Momient 

He is everything I would ever want. He is in his last year of college for Music Education. He is very talented (plays his sax beautifully), and he loves kids. He also works at a summer camp for diabetic kids in the summer. I am really proud of him. So far I see nothing in him that reminds me of the losers I’ve dealt with in the past. He has kept his word, is always honest, loving, respectful, and responsible. I can actually be just a woman when I am with him. I don’t have to worry about a thing because he is truly a genuine MAN.

Moving Finally – I am finally moving from this terrible house of bad memories and hell. Since Israel was 4 weeks old, I’ve had to deal with the neighbor from hell.  Whom loves throwing wild parties in the basement(where both our washer in dryers are), has her guest block me in the driveway on purpose and then she refuses to have them move their car, she smokes weed, plays loud music, her kids run around making it sound like the roof is going to cave in (ages 12, 9, 20), she keeps going in my mailbox, she broke my washing machine while I was out of town, she also put a candle wick in the drier on my babies clothes, and had the house surrounded by police because she was housing runaways, etc.

I got approved for a new place and put my deposit down for it last month. All I am doing now is waiting for April to arrive so I can get the hell out of here.

Well that is all. I have no idea when I will be back online to update you on my life. Maybe next Shabbat since that’s the only day of the week that I am not permitted to work.
