Only 2-4 weeks of being pregnant and 2 months of living in this terrible apartment. I just can’t wait! Yesterday I received yet again another funky letter from them so I wrote them a letter and gave them a piece of my mind because I’ve had it:

Just to let you know I was never intending on renewing the lease here after everything I’ve been through. I already have another apartment set up for me. And for the record I did clean my apartment and took pictures of it for proof unless of course you inspected my apartment on the day when you sent me a late notification dated July 18th, but not received until July 20th which I still have a record of. I then received another letter claiming an inspection on the 31st dated July 24th which I still have record of and I took pictures of my apartment once again.

I will also be taking pictures of my apartment prior to moving out too because there has been a lot of inaccuracies concerning you. I have also been annoyed and harassed by you and maintenance when the parking lot was being paved for things that did not concern me:

Maintenance comes to my apartment and basically rushes me to move my car threatening to tow it when it was not even in the spot where you were paving. I followed the instructions according to the memo of where to park. When I returned from work I parked in the same exact spot which of course was not where they were paving.

I then received a rather rude phone call from you a few days ago threatening again to tow my car and I wasn’t even here nor was my car just to further aggravate me. How could my car be in the way if it isn’t here? I have a record of all this unnecessary aggravation from you and this letter was absolutely senseless because I have already notified Ms. Thompson that I will not be renewing the lease and I intend to move out.

I will appreciate it if you would give me some peace and stop annoying me with the letters and such. I will like to have a peaceful last few weeks of my pregnancy and last 2 months of living here without the aggravation from you.

I’m tired of them and they have one last time to call me or send another rude unprofessional letter and I will be notifying the housing authority about the situation along with all the copies of the letters I have written to complain, pictures, late memos, and the rude letters.

Today I’m going to go through my clothes and throw out the things I do not want so I can pack up the things I am taking to Florida. I can’t wait until September 30th.
