I’m A Professional Mixologist Now!

I finished bartending school yesterday…YAY! I got a 92% on my written final exam and I passed my speed test which I had to take twice. Now it’s time to go look for a job as a bartendar and put my skills and training to the test. It was actually easy and learning how to make drinks are fairly simple. The harder drinks have word clues to help me remember what to put in them. I’m going to continue studying while I look for work. I already have over 10 places in mind to apply that are hiring bartenders.

Jea’neene and her boyfriend said they were going to treat me if I passed my exams and finished yesterday. So this weekend will be a treat!

My boyfriend and I….I don’t even know what to say about that. He’s always so busy so no telling when I’m going to see him again. I never really know.

I was suppose to start working at Amy Joys Donuts last night, but I’m not about to work for minimum wage from 10pm-6am when I just invested $650 into bartending school! That’s insane!! I really didn’t want to do that anyway and I was exhausted last night. Also I’ve been feeling a little light headed and my breast keep tingling and throbbing on and off. I hope it’s not from the birth control so I’m about to research on it. That’s why I hate medicine.

Well I’m off to continue my job search!

        Samara,

Congratulations on passing. I enrolled to school as well. I’m hoping you can give me a little help/advice. Do you really need to memorize all 200 recipes they give you? What was the written exam like? Thanks.

Just about because you never know what their going to call out on your speed test. It’s easy though and the written exams are easy too you just have to make sure you put the effort into studying.
