Today I’ve changed the whole layout of sweetvanillasugar.com. I wanted a simple, but nice layout that defined me. The first layout was a simple page with links to my websites. It had a color scheme of vanilla, brown and white. This time around it’s a color scheme of various pinks and white. I may change it back to the cream layout later. I tried to get my old blog to be my main page, but it wouldn’t work so I had to re-install the blog all over again. My 1st three post are all on the same days because I guess I can’t change the dates. Oh well. I won’t change it anymore…hopefully! It took me a long long time to figure out how to get the design I wanted using php. I finally figured it out and I am happy with the results. I may be updating this layout soon with some cool rollover links in the header. Well until later then…

Wow! I just noticed the sidebar actually stretches down the page. When I first did the layout (the same exact way) in my old blog the side bar would not stretch. I guess javaScript works when it gets ready.

Hmmm…Maybe I’ll add a blog search bar.

I’m back and I just added a mouseover top navigation bar. The links in the bar doesn’t work yet, but they will soon. I want to add my profile, but I might not. I might add a separate profile page instead of including it in the blog.

I’m so happy! I like how my blog looks.

Now the sidebar is short again. Oh well..I still love my blog!
