Natural Fruit Punch

My family and I are now on a mission to eat and drink foods and beverages without colored dyes in it because of the nasty source the colors come from. Did you know that Yellow-5 is actually industrial waste, and red-40 comes from unclean bugs?

To replace koolaid as well as other artificial drinks, here’s my healthy fruit punch recipe:

2 1/2 cups sparkling water(club soda) CHILLED
1 cup cranberry juice
1 cup of pineapple juice
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
6.5 oz (1 can) passion fruit nectar
1 lime
1 lemon

1. Mix all the juices and nectar together. Place in fridge for an hour to allow the flavors to blend.
2. Slice both lemon and lime. Toss ends in the trash.
3. Pour sparkling water over juice and add lemon and lime slices.
4. Serve and Enjoy!

Serves about 6
