This month I’m giving The Strawberry Web Builder a whole new layout. Last month I changed the background and banner, but I got a new idea for my site and changed it again. I also decided to break the tutorials up so it will be one tutorial per page instead of them all on the same page with anchor links. That looked sloppy to me so I decided to clean up the site. I’ve also revised a lot of the tutorials to the updated HTML.

I’ve updated the tags because a lot of HTML tags have been depreciated. For example <b> which is a tag to bold text is now <strong>, <strike> is <del>, etc. Some people are still teaching in their tutorials these old tags while using the correct ones on their sites. Which I think is pretty dumb. If you’re going to teach web design then teach it the correct way. Using old tags like the ones above will cause you to have validation errors and in the future your browser might not be able to read these old tags as soon as browser software is updated so it’s best to keep your site updated to code.

Jeremy, the boys and I saw Spider Man 3 today which I enjoyed very much. This was the best Spider-Man I’ve seen yet and it taught so many lessons about love, selfishness and revenge. Certain parts I almost cried and I had to hold back my tears. If you’ve seen Spider-Man 3 and had the same effect please let me know. If not then maybe it was just the pregnancy hormones that made me so emotional.

Movie Grade: A+

Pros: If you are a fan of the cartoon Spider-Man then you will see that the writers and directors really made sure this movie lined up with the characters and storyline of the cartoon unlike some movies like ‘ehem X-men.

Cons: Can’t really think of any…ask me later.
