samaraI started my intern today and it was actually easy. I thought the database was going to be hard to learn, but when I saw what it really was I found that it was really easy. I was expecting it to be like the MySql database which can be a lot more complex. Today I did a lot of boring stuff like applying labels and taking inventory. I guess that’s a good way to start, but I’ll be glad when I get to work the phone lines more. I answered only one call today which wasn’t that hard. As long as you know what you’re doing it’s quite easy.
I’m going to buy me a fax machine in July so I can fax my resume to Florida and for other purposes. I might have to fax information to the apartments too. Who knows. Oh! I bought my plane ticket to Florida today. I’ll be leaving on the 5th of June so I can look at some apartments. I also did a search for probably the 100th time and actually found at least 5 different apartments that cost the same as this one. Some where even cheaper than this one. I just book marked the pages for printing when I get ready to go. I’ll do some more internet searches to see if I find any more apartments. I pretty sure all the apartments in Florida aren’t listed on the net so when I go I may find even more apartments and better deals.
