I'm sorry that you're having a hard time dealing with your place of employment. They seem very selfish. They could definitely pay you more or at least fix your hours. I don't know how some employers get off by being so idiotic at times. I know if I ever were to hire outside employees for my company, I would definitely give them the best treatment possible.
